Terms and conditions for gallery print sales
The terms and conditions in this document represent The Agreement between RGB Arts and its customers. All contact, activity and purchases with RGB Arts automatically imply your acceptance of all RGB Arts terms and conditions.

1. Purchase
1.1 Prices of prints are variable and are normally displayed on each page.
1.2 All purchases require full and cleared payment in advance. Payment can be made electronically by using PayPal or by direct bank transfer. Payment can also be made by cheque if drawn from a UK bank or building society. Please note that all goods remain the property of RGB Arts Ltd until payment has been received and cleared in full.
1.3 Our on-line shopping cart is usually the easiest way to purchase a print. The shopping cart uses the PayPal secure web site to process all transactions. Shopping cart payment can be made by credit card or debit card via a PayPal account. You can also use an Amex card but American Express will charge you an additional commission for any currency conversion.
1.4 If you make a purchase using the on-line shopping cart then our delivery destinations are limited to the 190 countries served by PayPal.
1.5 Please ensure that you choose the correct postage or your order may be delayed. The quantity can be altered in shopping cart. Orders with incorrect modifications of the cart quantities will not be shipped.
1.6 VAT at 17.5% will be added to all UK and EU purchases.
1.7 Giclee prints will be shipped unframed and rolled in a crush resistant tube or carton. The total postage cost will be based on a combination of postage weight, size and the packaging.
1.8 Delivery prices include insurance to all PayPal countries except those marked as TBC. To arrange delivery and insurance to these marked countries or to countries not listed then alternative arrangements may be made by contacting RGB Arts.
1.9 Please allow at least two weeks for your print(s) to be manufactured; signed by the artist; and posted to your address. All prints are manufactured to order and the time taken to produce your print(s) can vary depending on RGB Arts printing workload. All prints are personally signed by the artist and the time this takes to arrange will very depending on the speed of the postal service to the artist and the availability of the artist. Approximate postage times for the final dispatch to your address can be seen on the prices page (but note that these times do not include the time that it takes to manufacture and to arrange the artist to sign your print). We can provide an estimate of the total time for production and delivery but these times cannot be guaranteed. Delivery to addresses outside the EU may be delayed due to packages being held up and examined by your local customs.
1.10 All UK domestic deliveries are dispatched using Royal Mail Special Delivery, Printed Papers.
1.11 All EU and international deliveries are insured where available and dispatched using British 'Royal Mail Airmail, International Signed For, Printed Papers'. On arrival in your country the delivery will switch to your local postal service.
1.12 For security reasons we are not able to dispatch to PO boxes. If you use PayPal then we can only dispatch to the address you have registered with PayPal. If PayPal offers you the security option to Confirm your postal address in your country then this facility must be used before we can complete your order. One way to setup a Confirmed PayPal adress is to add a credit card to your PayPal account. PayPal will then confirm the credit card billing address (the address where you receive your credit card statement). We may also ask for other means to confirm your postal address.
1.13 The purchaser is responsible for any necessary import licenses, customs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or any other additional charges or forms required for delivery in your country.

2. Fine Art Prints
2.1 Your purchase is for a giclee print and not for a lithograph and not for the original painting.
2.2 All print sizes are approximate.
2.3 The inks, fine art paper and canvas used in the creation of giclee prints are of the highest quality available. Epson papers have also been Wilhelm tested to resist fading for many years. To further increase the longevity of your giclee print, do not expose to direct sunlight or excessive moisture. Prints must be handled with care at all times using clean cotton gloves. Illumination conditions in homes, offices, and galleries do vary and images will last longer when displayed under lower light levels; likewise, the life of prints will be shortened when displayed under illumination that is more intense than 450 lux. Actual print stability will vary according to media, printed image, display conditions, light intensity, humidity, and atmospheric conditions. We do not guarantee longevity of prints. For maximum print life, display all prints under glass or lamination or properly store them
3. General
3.1 All customers are advised to arrange adequate insurance as RGB Arts will not accept any direct or indirect responsibility for damages or losses other than for our materials and labour charges.
3.2 All images and information on the RGB Arts web site are available for the express purpose of viewing the web site. No image or portion of any image may be reused without the express written permission of RGB Arts and the individual artist or the respective legal owner. All physical artwork is subject to International copyright laws.
3.3 The placing of any order constitutes an acceptance of the RGB Arts terms and conditions.
3.4 Terms and conditions; prices; specifications, and information are subject to change at any time without notice and are available on the RGB Arts web site and on request. You are bound by any changes, additions, or revisions and should therefore regularly review the RGB Arts Terms and Conditions.
3.5 All trademarks referenced on this web site belong to their respective owners.
3.6 RGB Arts is not responsible for the content of external web sites.
3.7 RGB Arts trading hours are as follows:
Open 10:00 to 17::00 GMT/BST Monday to Friday.
Closed Saturday, Sunday and UK bank holidays.
Closed December 24th to January 2nd inclusive.
We may also be closed at other ad-hoc dates and times.
